Placing Orders

What do I need to know before placing an order?

  1. It is important to double-check product sizing and colors before finalizing your order.
  2. When in doubt, order one t-shirt size larger. T-shirts that are a bit big are worn more often than t-shirts that are too small or too tight.
  3. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations on products placed by mistake. You will be responsible for replacement shipping costs.
  4. We will always work with you to make things right, but remember we are not Amazon or Walmart. We are a small home business.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our shop works with custom made products we begin processing your order within the hour.

If you request cancellation within 24 hours there is a good chance we can catch your order before production begins. Please contact us at hello@deadlemondesign.com or through this website.

If we are unable to cancel your order then you will need to process and purchase return shipping services to our return center. We'll refund your order (minus the return shipping costs you're responsible for) once we receive return shipping confirmation.

How can I get in touch with Dead Lemon Design Company?

We will usually respond in 1-2 days, but we will respond quickly to all cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will help you process a return or exchange!

  • All items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Approved returns or exchanges must not show any signs of wear (stains, wrinkes, etc). They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

PLEASE NOTE: Since all of our products are custom made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for mistakes on incorrect color or sizing choice. You will be responsible for shipping costs if you've ordered something incorrectly.

How do I return or exchange a damaged or incorrect product?

For all damaged or incorrect goods please follow these steps:

  1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@deadlemondesign.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. In the same email please provide us with pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. Please make sure the images are clear and relate to the product ordered.
  3. Please indicate in the email if you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
  4. Once approved we will email you an RMA number with further instructions.
  5. An issued refund or exchange will be processed shortly after.

PLEASES NOTE:
Replacement shippments are still subject to our processing and shipping timelines.

If you ordered the wrong size or color by mistake, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States. We have plans to branch out with international shipments, but it would cost our customers too much at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3 to 5 days for production and an additional 5 to 8 days for shipping.

Our shipments typically arrive within 2 weeks. Items can take up to 4 weeks depending on products and location of recipient.

Can you expedite my shipment?

Unfortunately we cannot rush processing or expedite shipment times.
